Manufacturing Process:

1. Based on client requirements, we provide an offer for a hydraulic product, specifying its actual dimensions and loading capacity. The offer is discussed with the client to ensure all requirements are met (if the client provides drawings and specifications, this step may be skipped).

2. Procurement of raw materials according to JIS G4105 SCM440 specifications.

3. Boring of solid raw material.

4. Rough machining to ±2–4 mm dimensional precision, followed by heat treatment to restore material characteristics.

5. Heat treatment to achieve machinable range, enhancing hardness, durability, and service life.

6. Copper welding, which can be performed via:

   • Oxy-acetylene welding (used in our factory; most expensive but best quality)

   • Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)

   • CO₂ welding

7. Fine machining (boring, threading, lathe processes).

8. Filling holes and grinding.

9. Electroplating of the piston and cylinder interior to increase hardness of contact surfaces.

10. Verification of serial numbers, followed by assembly of all parts, including sealing rings.

11. Testing.
